The Arizona Department of Education’s Early Childhood Education Unit, in collaboration with the Arizona Head Start Collaboration Office, is hosting The Early Childhood Education Summit. The focus will be on developing strategies for achieving excellence in early learning (birth to 3rd grade) through gathering, reflecting, and analyzing information. There will be session tracks centered on formative assessment, leadership, early learning and the brain, early childhood updates, and the Arizona Early Learning Standards. Our goal is to support the work of administrators and teachers in their effort to make high-quality educational opportunities available to all students and to improve student outcomes.
