Vendor and Preferred Vendors Application Process

If you are interested in becoming a Preferred Vendor for the Character Education Matching Grant Program for School Year 2013-2014, please complete the following steps.

Step 1

All Vendors must first register on the State’s Procurement website, ProcureAZ, which may be accessed at https://procure.az.gov/bso/.

Step 2

After registering with ProcureAZ, please  complete the form below and send it as an e-mail attachment to CharacterEd@azed.gov.

All forms are due by no later than Friday, April 12, 2013 at 5:00 p.m.
