The school list by district of residence for the SPED72 – SPED Participation Report was not populating properly and some users reported being able to see schools (not students) not associated with their district. The issue was limited to the school selection box and the report did not include students from schools outside the district. The procedure that creates the school list has been updated and users are now able to select only schools associated with their district.
The AzEDS team has released fixes for two reports that were not working properly for LEAs operating a Dropout Recovery Program (DRP). The pdf version of the DRP10 Verification Report had unnecessary blank pages which have been removed. The Trans15 – Data Transmission Summary report was not displaying DRP data submissions making data verification difficult for some users. Both reports are now working as expected.
On January 23 we reported a known issue with the October 1 FED SPED report. The report was incorrectly including students less than 3 years of age and older than 21 years of age. The majority of the students who should not have been be included on the reports were preschool students.
The Oct 1 FED SPED report has been fixed and now only includes students between then ages of 3 and 21. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this report issue.
The AzEDS team identified that student age was not calculated properly on the Oct 1 Fed Sped Report. The age was calculated as of October 1, 2017 instead of October 1, 2016 so all students were reported as one year older than the actual age. The calculation was updated and student age now appears as of October 1, 2016 in the report.
The ELL Program Participation Report (ELL71) has been released to the AzEDS Portal and can be found under Reports in the English Language Learner section. The information displayed on this report is post-integrity.
The ADM15 report was displaying the most recent data capture date regardless of date the aggregation was performed. The data capture date now shows the actual date that the ADM aggregation occurred.
The AzEDS team just released a new report to the AzEDS Portal under Reports in the Special Education section. The new Limited ADM Interval Report (LMTADM25) is now available. The Limited ADM report provides a list of membership intervals that were reduced following aggregation and limiting.
