ADE’s Data Governance group has provided guidance on which ResponsiblePartyRelationType Code to select for Emancipated Minors. Please utilize the code value “Other” when addressing these students. On September 23rd, the AzEDS Development Team and LEAs noticed abnormal spikes in integrity failures for rule -60027. This issue has been resolved and your data will now be recorded accurately.
Educator Stakeholder ID numbers must be submitted as sixteen (16) numeric characters only. Even though Educator Stakeholder ID numbers are often displayed as ####-####-####-####, the IDs cannot include any additional characters and must be submitted as ################. Initially, AzEDS allowed LEAs to submit data only for a subset of programs. Based on feedback from districts that restricting the available programs is cumbersome, AzEDS has been enhanced to allow districts to submit all program data.
