As you may already know, the Arizona Department of Education (ADE) website lost connectivity for approximately 30 minutes between 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. this afternoon.
While the issue has been remedied and connectivity has been fully restored, we wanted to make you aware that any interactions with the Common Logon or other ADE network-driven applications (including e-mail) that took place during the outage may have been affected. Accordingly, we strongly advise you to confirm that any transactions you submitted between 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. today were indeed received by ADE.
We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused, and please know that our Information Technology team is working diligently both to ensure that any future service outages lead to minimal downtime and to ultimately prevent such outages from occurring altogether.
