Do you want to improve your individual and team coaching skills? Do you want to develop the language of effective coaching? Do you want to learn research-based strategies to support, coach, and facilitate individuals and school-based teams? If so, this training is for you!
In the Capacity Building Coaching training, participants develop skills related to:
- Identifying the language of coaching
- Facilitating planning conversations
- Facilitating reflecting conversations
- Dealing with difficult people
- Coaching individuals and teams
The training is an eight-day course conducted over four sessions. Materials for this training will be provided at the first session. The first day of each training session begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. The second day of each training session begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. The total cost for all eight days of training is $800.
