Special Education Directors,

Thank you for taking the time to complete the annual customer survey for Exceptional Student Services. In appreciation, we want to provide you with a summary and plan of action based on your feedback, which can be accessed using this link - ESS 2012 Summary Memo.

For the 2012-2013 school year, Exceptional Student Services will be sending out the annual customer survey in November. We plan to use this data to shape and define our technical assistance and support beginning Spring 2013. The customer survey is your opportunity to tell us how we are doing, so please consider completing the survey when it is sent to you in November 2012.
