Schools and school districts are required, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-142, to release pupil directory information by October 31 each year. The statute also requires ADE to develop a model form to assist districts and charters in complying with this requirement. ADE’s government relations bill tracking report for 2-15-13 is attached. The Senate education agenda for Thursday, 2/21/13 includes the remainder of ADE’s agency-sponsored legislation, SB1445, 1446, and 1447. ADE offices will be closed for President’s Day weekend, but ADE staff will be present at the House education committee on Monday.
