Commonly used forms for Child Care Centers, Adult Care Centers, At-Risk Afterschool Meal Programs and Emergency Shelters.
Eligible programs include non-residential, licensed or approved, public or private non-profit child care centerss, preschools, head starts and outside school hours programs meeting the CACFP requirements.
Eligible programs provide children with regularly scheduled educational or enrichment activities in a supervised environment after school hours , on weekends, and holidays during the regular school year.
Public or private non-profit institutions whic provide residential and food services to homeless children and their guardians.
As part of the CACFP, the Older Americans Act of 1987 made reimbursable meals siliar to child and school lunch programs available to adult day care centers.
