Based on feedback from external and internal customers, we reviewed our 915 data correction process to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement. This has resulted in process improvements which will provide better communication, shorten the lifespan of the 915s and will require less SAIS processing time. We have developed a process map and guidelines outlining the new process for your enjoyment. The new changes have been rolled out in phases starting in February and finishing in May.
