A Beginner’s Guide to an E-rate Application is a 24 minute narrated guide intended for those schools and libraries that are new to E-rate. The goal of this self-navigated guide is for the applicant to be able to recognize the basic organizations and terminology of the E-rate program as well as being able to articulate and navigate your way through the basic steps of an E-rate application. The guide also provides you with numerous opportunities to use a variety of E-rate resources that are available to you.

The E-rate Program Funding Year 2012 Updates is a 20 minute self-guided and narrated presentation. This presentation is based off of information that was presented at the 2011 E-rate Trainings from USAC’s Schools and Libraries Division. This presentation highlights the recent changes to the E-rate program.

USAC’s Schools and Libraries Division discussed general E-rate topics, the newly-released 6th report and order, and recent changes to the E-rate program.
