Shifting an ECAP Process from Compliance to Culture

This FREE training is designed for district and school administrators, but is open to others with a particular interest in ECAP. We will cover:

  • The new ECAP Implementation Administrative Toolkit and Site Assessment Tool
  • The administrator’s role in the ECAP process
  • How to shift your school or district’s ECAP process from simply monitoring compliance to developing a unique “ECAP culture” exemplified by college and career readiness self-discovery, experiential learning, and career literacy planning from grade 9 through adulthood.

Participants will receive 3 professional development clock hours which may be applied to recertification requirements.
