DGC Presentations and Reports- Pursuant to A.R.S. § 15.249.01(4), DGC is required to submit an annual report concerning the DGC’s activities and recommendations. The report shall be sent to the governor, the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate and copies to the secretary of state.
