Arizona Adult Education ranks 4th in the nation in Educational Gains for the second year in a row, with 61% of Arizona’s adult learners achieving an Educational Gain in PY2010-2011. An Educational Gain represents a 2.5 academic grade level increase as measured by pre-/post- standardized assessments. The national average for adult learner Educational Gains was 42%.
