Update:  ADE Email Problem 

Details

A backlog of inbound emails has been cleared and inbound emails from individuals outside the ADE agency are now being received. Root cause analysis suggests an issue with our email filtering software. If you continue experiencing any issues receiving email from outside sources please notify the ADE Center. Thank you for your patience! ------------------------------------------------------------------
We have had several reports from users concerning emails not being received from senders outside our agency.  We are currently engaged with our vendor to resolve this issue and restore inbound mail service as quickly as possible.
Incident ticket #IR-0011204 has been opened to track this issue.
Next update will be in 30 minutes.
