ADE Team, As of yet, call center/Nortel phone issues have not been resolved. Multiple tickets are open with AZNET Support (listed below). Notifications have been posted on the IT Bulletin and the ADE Home webpage. We have not received an estimated time for repair. ADE Support Center, Certification and Adult Education are affected.
