SAIS Integrity / SDELL70 Report Issue

Details

Many customers are reporting performance issues with SAIS reports that access data residing on the SAIS integrity server. The current integrity run is consuming the majority of available resources on this server resulting in performance issues with SAIS reports, specifically the SDELL70. The integrity run began with 800K records at 10AM this morning. Processing is completing approximately 100K records per hour. At the current rate we anticipate the integrity run to complete around 6PM. Once the integrity run completes we anticipate report processing performance to return to normal. We are investigating possible solutions for a permanent resolution to this problem. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and we thank you for your patience.
