June 30th marks the end of another fiscal year and IT has many tasks to complete to prepare our data systems for July 1st, fiscal year 2013.
Most notably we will rollover the Student Detail/SAIS system. All applications accessible through Common Logon will be unavailable on Saturday, June 30th from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM.
Following is chronological list of events that will take place during the rollover process:
June 30th/5:00PM* – Last day for Charter and District FY12 SAIS data submissions (excluding AOIs)
June 30th 5:00 – 10:00 PM – Common Logon applications will be unavailable for use
July 1st – Fiscal year rollover
July 6th – Integrity only run
July 10th – Integrity only run
July 11th – SAIS open for FY13 enrollments
July 13th – Integrity only run
July 18th/5:00PM* – Last day for AOI FY12 SAIS data submissions
July 19th – FY12 Statewide Recalculation – forced integrity for all LEAs followed by aggregation
* Files submitted before the 5:00PM cutoff time will be included in the integrity runs
