June 30th/5:00PM* – Last day for Charter and District FY12 SAIS data submissions (excluding AOIs)
June 30th 5:00 – 10:00 PM – Common Logon applications will be unavailable for use
July 1st – Fiscal year rollover
July 6th – Integrity only run
July 10th – Integrity only run
July 11th – SAIS open for FY13 enrollments
July 13th – Integrity only run
July 18th/5:00PM* – Last day for AOI FY12 SAIS data submissions
July 19th – FY12 Statewide Recalculation – forced integrity for all LEAs followed by aggregation

* Files submitted before the 5:00PM cutoff time will be included in the integrity runs
