Accordingly, we strongly advise you to confirm that any transactions you submitted between 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. today were indeed received by ADE. We have had several reports from users concerning emails not being received from senders outside our agency. We are currently engaged with our vendor to resolve this issue and restore inbound mail service as quickly as possible.
Incident ticket #IR-0011204 has been opened to track this issue.
