Principals who have completed ADE's Principals' Leadership Academy 1 and are ready to Level Up their leadership, refine their practice, and maximize their impact on student achievement.
What to Expect
- Four (4) advanced leadership sessions designed to refine the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to maximize principal effectiveness and increase student achievement.
- Refine instructional leadership through high-impact feedback & coaching
- Analyze authentic leadership case studies from highly effective principals
- Strengthen strategic decision-making to address complex leadership challenges
- Expand leadership capacity to increase schoolwide student achievement
- Practical strategies & tools that can be implemented immediately
- Opportunities to collaborate, network, and problem-solve with experienced school leaders from across Arizona.
