Session 1 Kickoff
The success of instructional coaching begins with a shared vision, and the impact of an aligned leadership team is undeniable. Based on alumni feedback and proven best practices, Session 1 brings instructional coaches and their site administrators together to align expectations, establish a coaching model, and develop a shared plan to support teacher growth and increase student achievement. Additional details will be provided upon registration.
