Designed For
Experienced instructional coaches who have completed ADE's Instructional Coaches' Academy (or a comparable foundational coaching program) and are ready to Level Up their coaching practice through advanced collaboration and application.
What To Expect
- Three (3) collaborative learning sessions focused on advanced coaching practices, strategic problem-solving, and peer learning, including:
- Advanced Coaching Conversations,
- Navigating Resistance
- Influencing School Culture
- Leveraging PLCs for Teacher Growth
- Systems Thinking
- Dedicated time to strategically apply learning in your school, district or charter.
- A collaborative community with opportunities to learn alongside instructional coaches from across Arizona.
