Spotlight on Media Literacy and Sourcing

Attention Teachers!  Are you looking for engaging lessons to teach media literacy and sourcing that aligns to the 2018 History and Social Science standards?

Join trainers from ADE, and master teachers from around the state to a webinar to teach and engage with media literacy at all grade levels.

Participants will:

  • Become familiar with the 2018 History and Social Science Standards and where media literacy fits in
  • Examine the how curriculum and instruction can be used to teach media literacy and sourcing
  • Participate in model lessons
  • Examine resources and training available

The webinar is 2 hours and participants will leave with resources and media literacy model lessons.
