ADE/ESS is pleased to present the Arizona Technical Assistance System (AZ-TAS) documents for Students in Foster Care Receiving Special Education and Certificates of Educational Convenience (CEC). These resources were developed to provide information, clarification, and guidance and are intended to be used as technical assistance. These documents should not be used in place of legal guidance.
