**NEW COURSE COMING SOON**

Since 2013, the Arizona Department of Education has offered a five-day training called Teaching Reading Effectively (TRE). Beginning in mid 2021, the English Language Arts team will launch a new online course called Reading Fundamentals. This course supports the Move On When Reading (MOWR) legislation (ARS 15-701 & ARS 15-704) and is intended for K-3 general education teachers, K-8 special education teachers, reading interventionists, literacy coaches, and school leaders to improve educators pedagogy and classroom instruction.

Come learn more about this new course. We will discuss our current progress, and details of new format, experiences, etc. All participants must pre-register. Zoom link and 1-hour PD credit will be available in EMS for all participants.
