The Office of Digital Teaching and Learning serves LEAs in a consultative role by building a community of educators and solution experts dedicated to enhancing digital learning in Arizona.
Digital Office Hours
These weekly hours are a valuable tool for Local Education Agencies to connect with The Office of Digital Teaching and Learning (ODTL) and The Arizona Department of Education staff to seek guidance and express digital teaching and learning needs. These office hours are mutually beneficial – Local Education Agencies can foster critical connections with ODTL and office hour participants, at the same time the exchange facilitates deeper learning for the ODTL to better serve Local Education Agencies. Thursdays, 11am-1pm MST.

10&10 Webinar Series
Quick, applicable content. 10 minutes of content, 10 minutes of Q&A. Each series has a focus, presented weekly in as little as 10 minutes. Specialized knowledge from industry experts, practitioners and educators. Time efficient and interactive, the goal is to provide information and help participants build applicable skills.

Technology Townhalls
Monthly Technology Townhalls open to Arizona school educators and practitioners. Get updates from the Office of Digital Teaching and Learning about potential technology solutions for Arizona schools, provide feedback and input about potential solutions, and discuss needs and resources among colleagues from across the state. If you are interested in participating in the Technology Townhalls, please register below.
- Dates: Second Mondays of the month (excluding July and December)
- Time: 1:00-3:00pm MST
- Format: Hybrid with an in-person and virtual option. In-person option hosted by schools throughout Arizona. Tours are usually offered after the meeting for in-person participants.

- Meeting details: The objective of a Technology Townhall is for the Office of Digital Teaching & Learning to present recommended technology solutions for schools and collect participant feedback. This meeting is open to the K12 community and participants at each meeting may vary. Meetings are documented will be available on the Office of Digital Teaching and Learning website. Participants must register in advance to attend meeting.
