Grants Management Training
Meet Our Training Unit:
Our trainers provide information about the GME system, grants-related processes, and other fiscal information pertaining to Local Education Agencies (LEAs), entities and State Education Agency. The Training Unit conducts training sessions onsite at ADE, LEAs' locations, various conferences, and webinars that are recorded for future reference. The training materials are housed in GME User Resources/Training folder located in GME's Grants Management Resource Library.

Training materials and recorded webinars are located in the Grants Management Resource Library under GME User Resources/Training on the Grants Management Enterprise (GME).
Two of the most common training types are webinars and in-person classes. Training materials include, but are not limited to, training recordings, mini-handbooks, course materials, quick reference guides (QRG), fast facts, and PowerPoint presentations.
Training materials and recorded webinars are located in the Grants Management Resource Library under GME User Resources/Training on the Grants Management Enterprise (GME).
All upcoming sessions (webinars, in-person training, etc.) are advertised through Grants Management Enterprise (GME). under the Training Schedule. Training schedules are regularly emailed to all GME users and they are featured in the newsletter.
LEA or entity user will log into ADEConnect and select Event Management System (EMS). Users can then review and register for the training options and sessions. For more information on how to register and/or cancel a registration, please see the EMS Quick Reference Guide.
LEA or entity user does obtain a certificate after completing any class that provides one or more credit hours. Participants of select in-person classes may receive a custom certificate outside of the EMS system.
