Please join us for a FREE leadership institute for K-8 school-level administrators and leaders focused on gifted and advanced learning at the elementary school level.
This institute will engage attendees in the unique academic, intellectual, social and emotional needs of gifted learners and Arizona law and State Board of Education Rules regarding Gifted Education programs and services. A review of research-based programs, service delivery models and strategies and systems of support will be shared to support both gifted and advanced learner access and success within rigorous curricula.
A facilitated panel will then provide the opportunity to hear from, and engage with, school leaders in Pima County regarding their successes and challenges in developing, enhancing and leading diverse gifted and advanced learning programs.
Attendees will leave empowered with new understanding and practical tools to help support their local school efforts to expand accelerated and advanced learning opportunities for the students and families they serve.
