This deadline is fast approaching, and we want to ensure that your October 1 payment is based on current and accurate ADM. Calendar Integrity Reference Guide: Guide designed to help Data Coordinators successfully submit calendar data to the Arizona Education Data Standards (AzEDS) system (calendar errors may prevent students from generating ADM).
Additional Support: If you have questions about your current ADM or need help correcting errors in your data, please request support from an Account Analyst by submitting a Help Desk ticket. While we aim to respond as quickly as possible, we do ask that you allow 5 business days to receive a response to submitted Help Desk tickets.
We will be reaching out proactively each month to specific LEA's that have a drop in ADM prior to or during data capture to mitigate negative impact to payments as much as possible. The goal of these communications is to ensure LEAs are aware of ADM drops and have the resources they need to resolve issues.
