The data capture deadline for the November 2, 2020 payment is October 6, 2020. This deadline is fast approaching, and it is imperative that you validate this data prior to data capture as your November 2 payment is based on current ADM in AzEDS.

If you have questions about your current ADM or need help correcting errors in your data, please request support from an Account Analyst by submitting a Help Desk ticket. While we aim to respond as quickly as possible, we do ask that you allow 5 business days to receive a response to submitted Help Desk tickets.
We will be reaching out proactively each month to specific LEA's that have a drop in ADM prior to or during data capture to mitigate negative impact to payments as much as possible. The goal of these communications is to ensure LEAs are aware of ADM drops and have the resources they need to resolve issues.
