August 3rd is the data capture date for the September 1, 2021 payment. Districts and charters should ensure that calendars have been submitted, certified, and are passing Integrity as soon as possible for students to generate current-year ADM. As a reminder, districts and charters will be able to freely revise calendars until Tuesday, August 31st, but revisions after that date will require preauthorization from School Finance by first submitting a request through HelpDesk. AOI entities and DRP entities that only serve DRP students are not required to submit a calendar.
