September 1 Payment

This is a reminder that all schools (district and charter) will be paid off of AzEDS data for their September 1 payment. As stated in School Finance memo 20-046, the data capture deadline for the September 1 payment is at 5pm on August 11^th. In order for your submitted student data to be properly captured on the deadline, all calendars must be submitted, certified, and passing Integrity, and all student data must be free of Integrity errors. If you have a calendar that is not passing Integrity, please refer to the AzEDS Calendar Integrity Reference Guide. If you are having difficulty submitting your AzEDS data, please contact your student information system vendor or submit a Help Desk ticket for a School Finance Account Analyst Support Request.
