We are changing how we structure the School Finance Friday webinars. Webinars will now be formatted as instructional opportunities with a deep dive starting at the very beginning of the student data process. We are hoping that this style of webinar will allow new/beginner users to receive training and continuing users to have an opportunity for a refresher.
The first of these FREE webinar training opportunities will be held this Friday, November 1st. This week we will review the systems used to collect and submit data, the AzEDS portal Reports and Calendars pages, what types of data are collected in AzEDS, how to view the data that lands in AzEDS, and how to troubleshoot when your data is not landing in AzEDS. At the end of the webinar we will provide a brief status update on things going on in School Finance and close with a Q&A session. Participants are welcome to ask questions related to the topic of the webinar or any other School Finance matters.
We have updated the School Finance Fridays page on our website which provides details on the new format. Dates for future webinars have been posted and topics will progress through the student data lifecycle.
