New Integrity Rules in Production

    • Hot Topics

Integrity Rule 10205 will prohibit the submission of more than 24 hours of instruction on a single day. Integrity Rule 10205 will impact all memberships types that submit minutes of attendance such as Arizona Online Instruction (AOI), Preschool, Homebound, and Alternative schools submitting minutes. The AOI guidance found on the School Finance External Guidelines webpage has been modified to require AOIs to submit student participation on the individual date the participation occurs. The option to submit a period of up to one week will no longer be available. LEAs that submit minutes of attendance need to adjust their SIS to submit minutes per day.

Integrity Rule 10130 requires that membership grade-levels align with the calendar type: All Grades; KG or PS; 9,10,11, or 12. Submitted student membership grade-levels that do not align with the calendar type will fail Integrity.

Please review your INTEG15 report to resolve any errors that now appear as a result of the implementation of these new rules.

Please contact School Finance at [email protected] with questions.
