The ESSA Boot Camp is designed to support and meet the needs of new federal program directors or individuals who work closely with the ESEA Consolidated grant. It covers the three main grants in the ESEA Consolidated application: Title I, II-A and IV-A. The training is a high-level review of the entire grant process ranging from understanding the intent of each grant to application revisions. This training is broken down into six main topics. The first two segments revolve around understanding the intent of the three grants, followed by the process of completing the Comprehensive Needs Assessment, Root Cause Analysis and Integrated Action Plans. Then, the training takes participants through LEA Set-Asides, USFR Coding and the writing of the narratives. Finally, the session concludes with the Approval Process and Revisions.
Registered participants can access the Boot Camp sessions until 8/19/21 using the link below.
