This video shows the busy excitement of the school’s annual 21st CCLC STEAM Night where McGraw students, staff, parents, and community celebrated the wonderful world of science, technology, engineering, and math! During this evening students showcased their recyclable projects and STEAM hands-on activities were led by teachers, parents, 21st CCLC clubs, and/or partners from the local community. See student leaders at 21st CCLC club stations while they exhibit hands-on learning.
Events like the 21st CCLC STEAM Night support the mission of C.W. McGraw Elementary:
Partnership with students, families, and the community will empower every learner to become a productive citizen in a global community through relevant and rigorous learning experiences, one student at a time.
For the past five years, McGraw Elementary in Yuma, Arizona has offered its students fun, positive, and enriching 21st CCLC out-of-school-time activities which improve their academic skills. A variety of family engagement opportunities invites McGraw families to engage in their children’s education.
