Join us for a day focused on creating and experiencing quality mathematical tasks from grades 4 through 8. Participants will learn what makes a quality mathematical task, how to determine the cognitive demand of the task, and how to implement the task at the rigor of the standards. Arizona Mathematics Standards and the Standards for Mathematical Practice will be a focus for all mathematical experiences.

Arizona is preparing to start the development of K12 Computer Science (CS) Standards. The K12 Computer Science Framework sets the vision and critical content that states should consider when developing CS Standards, including core concepts and practices. This webinar will be presented by Pat Yongpradit, Chief Academic Officer at Code.org and one of the contributors to the development of the K12 CS Framework.
