Social Studies Standards Revision July Update

On July 17, the Social Studies Standards Working group convened to continue the process of revising the Arizona Social Studies Standards. A total of 46 educators were invited representing 4 institutes of higher education and 23 districts/schools, including 6 charter schools. Receive training on the new K-5 writing standards

This full day workshop for department chairs, curriculum teams, instructional coaches, curriculum directors and administrators will assist in developing an implementation plan for the recently adopted 2016 Arizona English Language Arts Standards, which must be implemented for the 2018-2019 school year.
