Grant Required Items are the essential documents or certifications an organization must submit to demonstrate compliance, eligibility, and fiscal responsibility, ensuring the grantor can verify that funds will be used appropriately and according to program requirements


General Statement of Assurance (GSA)

The General Statement of Assurance certifies that the organization agrees to comply with all overarching federal, state, and grant‑specific rules and responsibilities.
