  The mission of DCDT is to promote national and international efforts to improve the quality of and access to career/vocational and transition services, increase the participation of education in career development and transition goals, and to influence policies affecting career development and transition services for persons with disabilities.

  A website designed to support and facilitate the shared work that occurs among individuals, organizations, and agencies at the local, district, state, and national levels. There is a page dedicated to a Community of Practice on Transition where Arizona information can be found. You must register in order to enter the site – registration is free.
• Transition Coalition (University of Kansas)
  Provides online information, support, and professional development on topics related to transition from school to adult life for youth with disabilities.
• Transition of Students with Disabilities To Postsecondary Education: A Guide for High School Educators (an Office for Civil Rights publication)
  A booklet published by OCR to inform educators about the rights and responsibilities of students with disabilities and to facilitate their transition from high school to postsecondary environments.
