In response to some confusion generated by the recent passage of HB2823 (Laws 2012, Ch. 259) by the Arizona Legislature, the Arizona Department of Education has developed a Memo and a Chart to help charter operators better understand their responsibilities with regard to teacher/principal evalutation. These documents are provided as a service to our charter school customers, but operators should consult their own legal counsel if specific legal concerns arise.
