Call for Exhibitors

 

As of April 24, 2015, the allowed number of Leading Change exhibitors is now full, if you wish to fill out an application, you will be put on a waiting list.

The 2015 Leading Change conference (June 23-25, 2015) allows 22 exhibitors, applications are accepted on a first come, first served bases, when the allowed number has been met, exhibitor will be put on a waiting list. Topics will cover a range of areas, including: Arizona’s College and Career Ready Standards, our new statewide assessments (AzMERIT), federal and state accountability, educator retention and recruitment, technology, leadership and school improvement.

Shipping of Materials:        Exhibitor(s) will be responsible for their own shipping of materials to the hotel.  Any cost for storage will be allocated by the hotel.
Exhibit Dates:       Tuesday, June 23, 2015 – NO EXCEPTIONS – set-up time is at 9:00am dismantle time is at 4:45pm
Wednesday, June 24, 2015 – NO EXCEPTIONS – set-up time is at 8:30am dismantle time is at 4:30pm
Thursday, June 25, 2015 – NO EXCEPTIONS – set-up time is at 8:30am dismantle time is at 11:30am
Exhibitor Fee: $500.00 (includes a one (1) six (6) foot skirted table, electricity (if requested) and Wi-Fi connectivity) Meals are not includedExhibitors need to provide their own meals.  There is a restaurant located on the property and several nearby restaurants within a short driving distance from the hotel.  Space is limited, one table per exhibitor.
Exhibitor Payment:         Make payment out to the: Arizona Department of Education, Attn: Sarah Accardi 1535 W. Jefferson Bin#2, Phoenix, AZ  85007
  To assign an exhibit table, the complete payments must be received by Friday, May 29, 2015.
Exhibitor Register: Complete the Exhibitor Application/Registration to register for the event, and select submit.  Registration will be on a first come first serve basis, registration closes Friday, May 1, 2015. If you have any questions please contact Sarah Accardi at sarah.accardi@azed.gov or call 602.364.1972.  A confirmation email will be send to you after full payment is received.
Event Exhibitor Rules & Regulations: Be sure to select, review and sign the Arizona Department of Education Event Exhibitor Rules and Regulations, and email it to Sarah Accardi or mail a signed copy with payment.
Cancellation:       Cancellations must be received in writing within ten (10) work days (by 6/9/15) prior to the first day of the event date for a refund.
