This 4‐day workshop is designed for Aspiring Administrators to assist them in developing skills in:
- Establishing their leadership in their current position through the development of signature projects
- Creating conditions for initial success in the administrator position by establishing trust, quick wins, working with parents and community and diagnosing/addressing climate issues within the organization
- Creating a network
- Resume building to get the interview
- Researching the background for the position
The format for the workshop will provide for presentation of specific content balanced with interactive experiences with resume building, interviewing and presenting.
Funding for this 4‐day training is being provided by the HELIOS Education Foundation and the training will be offered through AZLEADS³.
Parking: to be paid by AZ LEADS³ for event attendees who park in the conveniently located Heritage and Science Park garage situated at the southeast corner of Fifth and Monroe streets. Parking in any other location will not be covered by AZ LEADS³ and will be the responsibility of the attendee.
A light breakfast and lunch will be provided by AZ LEADS³.
The Cancellation Policy for all AZLEADS³ trainings is as follows: Payments/Purchase Orders must be received prior to the first session. Please be advised that if you are NOT able to attend, you must email Kimberly.Gustafson@azed.gov within 10 days prior to the training date in order to receive a refund. Otherwise you will be charged the full registration fee.
