Self-Service Portal Link Delay

Some changes take a while to percolate through the system, so the link for the new Self-Service Portal will not appear on the ADEConnect home screen until approximately (not precisely) 5 p.m. today. The ADEConnect portal will experience a brief outage at that time, while the link is added. Do not panic—just check back later.

Self-Service Portal Launched
