The Arizona Public Engagement Task Force is an independently formed collaborative of more than 30 partner organizations who share the desire and commitment to ensure that all Arizona students are prepared for college, career and life. The Task Force is composed of partners representing educators, administrators, nonprofits, policy leaders, business leaders, and other key organizations that support education statewide from cradle to career.
This group has convened for the purpose of communicating key education policy issues to the public. The current focus is on implementing communications and outreach strategies to support the successful implementation of Arizona’s Common Core Standards throughout the state. Through their work, the Task Force will continue to contribute to this web site. Specifically, the Task Force has created Arizona’s Common Core Standards Communications Tool Kit to help superintendents, principals, teachers and other community leaders communicate to parents, community partners and the public about the standards.
