ELA SHIFTS WEBINAR SERIES -SHIFT 4: Text-Based Answers explores how students must learn to have rich and rigorous conversations which are dependent on a common text. Teachers spend the time to develop classroom experiences that are deeply connected to the text on the page, and students learn to make evidentiary arguments both in speaking and writing about a text.
