We had a GREAT time last Friday at ADE’s first annual Summer Arts Education Institute for K-12 Teachers and Teaching Artists! We had over 100 Arts Educators, Teaching Artists, Administrators, and Leaders in attendance! Participants enjoyed learning about Cultivating Creativity in the Classroom, building sustainable community partnerships to extend learning, and leveraging the POWER of student voice in lesson planning and performance.
Special thanks to the Alice Cooper’s Teen Solid Rock Teen Center for sponsoring the event and Chick-fil-A for providing our lunch!
PD Certificates are available through the Event Management System. Stay tuned for the NEXT ADE ArtsEd Opportunity!
