Integrity Rule -40069 (A student SPED participation must be within a valid membership at a school) will be rolled back today due to the impact on the SPED deadline.
To all AzEDS users, AzEDS in production will be unavailable on Saturday, March 18th from 8:00AM MST to 8:00AM MST Monday, March 20th for scheduled maintenance. With this planned outage, ADE will be implementing server changes to improve internal data metrics and will support performance improvements, right away and with upcoming AzEDS releases. The STC10 (Student-Teacher-Course) Verification Report was previously formatted to only display one section with the latest Begin Date. Integrity Rule -20009 states, “Student can only have a Withdrawal Activity code of W7 (graduated) if student is in grade 9 or above.” This rule was recently modified to pass for a Withdrawal Activity code of W7 (Graduated) if the student is enrolled grade 9 or above. We are aware of the issue where the Entity Administration Portal link is not displaying within ADEConnect. We are working to address the issue. The issue is resolved.
Some changes take a while to percolate through the system, so the link for the new Self-Service Portal will not appear on the ADEConnect home screen until approximately (not precisely) 5 p.m. today. The ADEConnect portal will experience a brief outage at that time, while the link is added. Do not panic—just check back later.
