ELL Integrity Rule – 30001 Bug Fix

ELL integrity rule -30001 is expected to verify that students participating in the ELL program have the appropriate ELL assessment results. The rule was incorrectly failing some students. The rule has now been updated and is working properly.

New Report – SPED72 – SPED Participation Report

ADE has released a new AzEDS report: the SPED72 – SPED Participation Report. The SPED72 shows students with SPED Needs and/or SPED Program Participation and whether or not they have passed FED SPED and State SPED. Dropout Recovery Program – Reports

Districts operating a Dropout Recovery Program (DRP, per ARS §15‐901.06) are required to submit their student data through AzEDS to allow the data to be validated and for proper calculation of the Average Daily Membership (ADM). AzEDS Integrity Rule Fixes

Rules related to preschool, AOI, homebound and alternative school students Rule 10071 verifies that preschool, AOI, homebound, and alternative school student records include attendance minutes and not absences. Alternative school student records were failing integrity when attendance minutes were reported. The updated rule will allow these student records to pass integrity.
